vivid/stasis chart gimmick reference
This aims to be a good reference for all of the gimmick/modifiers that can be used in charts.
They're grouped by the chart/object they belong to, as well as the globally available ones.
If you want to use chart specific ones, you need to set the object name in your chart file to the matching one of
the list.
NOTE: There's a special value for modifiers, 573613, which you can use in the v1
field to indicate that it should just continue from the previous value.
A note about proxy objects
Some global modifiers, and most chart specific ones require "proxy objects" to be used. You request a certain
number of them to be created in your chart file, and each modifier can be assigned to one by its index.
I don't fully understand this system to be honest.
NOTE: When you add proxies to a chart, they can have some weird defaults, which will probably mess with
charts. The
pra modifier defaults to 0, which makes the playfield transparent. You need to add a modifier setting
it to 1 to be able to see anything; I would set its time to a bit before the start of the chart so the
player doesn't just see it appear randomly.
